此款位移传感器为nm级别光学位移传感器，区分率可达10nm，丈量规模100um.差别于常用的电容式位移传感器，由于其接纳光学设计，具有对电磁**，可用于重大的强电磁情形中。由于接纳多种手艺，使其迅速度抵达干预仪级别。
具有如下特色：
1.对温度转变不敏感。
2.对电场，磁场及电磁辐射**。
3.具有大的可测规模，对传感器定位精度要求不高。
4.具有高的丈量带宽，适合于振动剖析及高速丈量。
5.具有小的测试区域。测试点巨细可为30um~400um的测试光斑。

可应用于如下各场合：
1.定位控制。
2.振动测试。
3.离轴丈量。
4.外貌特征测试。
